Developer guides
Send WhatsApp OTP codes, confirm cash-on-delivery orders, and receive signed webhooks.
Use the public REST API from your backend to:
- Deliver codes you generate over WhatsApp. Your application generates and verifies the code; Watification delivers it.
- Ask customers to confirm, cancel, or reschedule cash-on-delivery (COD) orders, then check reported delivery refusals.
- Receive signed webhooks for message outcomes and customer answers.
Base URL
https://api.watification.com/api/v1Paths in these guides are relative to this URL. The API version is part of the path: /v1.
Authenticate with a workspace API key in the Authorization: Bearer header. Send JSON request bodies with Content-Type: application/json.
Successful responses are JSON. Errors use application/problem+json with a stable code and a link to its explanation. See rate limits and errors.
There is no sandbox or test-mode API key. An OTP or COD request can send a
real WhatsApp message. Dashboard webhook test events use ping and do not
send a customer message.
