Dashboard tour
Find your pages, use Home and Quick actions, and adjust appearance and keyboard shortcuts.
Use the sidebar to move between your workspace's tasks. Start on Home, then open the area you need or find it through Quick actions.
Before you start
Create or join a workspace. Your role controls which pages and actions you see. The owner can access all sidebar items, but plan limits still apply.
Find your way around
Use the workspace switcher (1) at the top of the sidebar to check where you are working. The sidebar's Settings (2) opens workspace and personal settings. The Account menu (3) at the bottom contains appearance choices, Quick actions, and Log out.

Use Home
Needs attention highlights items such as unassigned conversations and disconnected accounts. The details depend on what your role can view.
If you can view channel connections, Home also shows your connected WhatsApp accounts. The Plan usage summary appears when there are metrics with limits. Select View plan usage for the full page.
Open Quick actions
Open the command palette
Press Ctrl+K on Windows or Cmd+K on Mac. You can also open Account menu, then select Quick actions.
Search and choose
Type in the search field (1) to find a page or workspace action. Choose a result (2) to open it. Navigation results follow your sidebar permissions.
Adjust appearance
Open Account menu and choose System, Light, or Dark under Appearance. System follows your device's theme.
You can also open Settings > General > Appearance. Turn Show sender names on or off to control whether outbound messages show who sent them. Appearance choices apply to this browser on this device.
Find keyboard shortcuts
Who can do this: the owner or members whose role includes viewing conversations.
Open Quick actions, search for Keyboard shortcuts, and select it. In the Inbox, you can also press ? outside a text field.
The Keyboard shortcuts dialog (1) lists Inbox shortcuts, including Enter to send and Shift+Enter for a new line. Message actions still depend on your access and the reply window.
Next, connect WhatsApp, invite your team, and send a first message.
