Campaigns
Send a WhatsApp message template to a selected audience and follow delivery and replies.
Use a campaign to send one approved WhatsApp message template to a selected audience. Choose your phone number, combine labels and CSV imports, and send now or schedule for later. Each recipient has a delivery result you can review.
Who can do this: the workspace owner or members whose role includes viewing campaigns. Creating and changing campaigns also requires managing campaigns.
Find a campaign
Open Campaigns. Use the status tabs (1) to narrow the list, or choose New campaign (2) to start. Select a campaign to open its draft editor or report. Use Load more when more campaigns are available.
