Phone numbers
Find a connected number, check its status, and open its profile, automations, usage, or settings.
Open Phone numbers on a WhatsApp account to find the number you want to manage. Each row shows its name or number, phone number, status, and quality so you can choose the right sending number.
Who can do this: the workspace owner or members whose role includes viewing channel connections. Editing a number requires managing channel connections. Using Inbox requires viewing conversations.
Open a number
Open the account's phone list
In Channels, open the WhatsApp account and select Phone numbers (1). The list contains active numbers on that account. Select Sync (2) if you need to refresh them.
Choose the number
Select a number's row. Its Overview opens. You can also open a number directly from its row on the account card in Channels.
Find the right tab
The number's sections appear in the side navigation on desktop.

| Number settings | Manage registration, display name, PIN, storage, and deregistration. |
When the account has more than one active number, the number selector lets you switch numbers while staying in the same section.
Open the Inbox
Select Open in Inbox (2) in the number page header. This opens the workspace Inbox. It does not automatically filter conversations to this number or select a conversation.
Troubleshooting
If the list shows No active phone numbers, use Sync or ask a member who can manage the account to sync it. If a number was removed or is inactive, its old page shows This phone number is not on this account. Use Back to phone numbers to choose an active number.
