Business profile
Update the picture, description, contact details, category, and websites customers see on WhatsApp.
Open a number's Business profile to update the business information customers see on WhatsApp. Profile text and the profile picture save separately, so you can change either without changing the other.
Before you start
Open Channels, choose the account, select Phone numbers, and open the correct number. Select Business profile.
Who can do this: the workspace owner or members whose role includes viewing and managing channel connections. Members with viewing permission alone have read-only access.
Edit business information
Update the fields
Enter your About (2), Address, Description, and Email. Choose Business category from the available categories.
Add or remove websites
Under Websites, use Add website to add a row. Enter a complete URL beginning with https:// or http://. Use Remove beside a website to remove that row before saving.
Save the profile
Select Save profile after making a change. Validation errors appear by the fields that need attention. A failed save shows an error in the form.
Form limits

These are the dashboard form's limits. Meta may reject values it does not accept when you save. Leaving Business category empty keeps its current value. To keep Email unchanged, retain the existing address: a blank email is sent to Meta when you save. Remove unused website rows instead of leaving their URLs empty.
Change the picture
Choose an image
Select Change picture (1). Choose a nonempty JPEG or PNG image no larger than 5 MB. The form shows a preview.
Upload or cancel
Select Upload to save the picture, or Cancel to discard the selection. You do not need to select Save profile for the picture upload.
Good to know
Meta may take a few minutes to show the new picture to customers. If an upload fails, check the error and try again. To change the verified display name, use number settings, rather than this profile form.
