WhatsApp Flows

Find your account's WhatsApp forms and understand their lifecycle and sending status.

Use WhatsApp Flows to collect answers inside WhatsApp, such as appointment requests or feedback. The dashboard calls them forms in the builder. Open Channels, choose your WhatsApp account, then select Flows.

Who can do this: the workspace owner or members whose role includes viewing channel connections and forms. Creating, editing, publishing, duplicating, deprecating, and deleting forms require managing forms.

Find or start a form

Use Search forms by name (1) and Filter by status to find a form. Select its name to open it, or use its actions menu for Preview and the actions available for its status. Select Create form (2) to choose a starter.

Forms belong to the selected WhatsApp account.

You can start with Blank, Lead capture, Appointment request, Feedback survey, Sign up, or Contact us. Each starter gives you editable fields. See build a form.

Understand the status

StatusWhat you can do
DraftEdit, preview, and save it. Publish after resolving validation errors. Delete it if you no longer need it. It is not available to send.
PublishedSend it to customers. Its content is read-only. Use Duplicate to make changes in a new draft, or Deprecate to retire it.
DeprecatedCustomers cannot open it, including from messages already sent. You can duplicate it and view its responses.
BlockedMeta has blocked the form. Customers cannot open it, and it is unavailable in the sending picker.
ThrottledMeta has limited the form because of health issues. Watification's sending picker only offers Published forms, so this form is unavailable there.

Published forms cannot be edited or deleted. Deprecating a form cannot be undone and also stops customers opening it from earlier messages. Duplicate a published form when you need a revised version.

Good to know

Search and status filters apply to the forms loaded so far. Select Load more forms when it is available if a form is missing. The list shows a validation-error count; resolve those errors in the builder before publishing.
