View and download form responses

Review submitted answers, open their conversations, and export the loaded responses as CSV.

Open a form's responses to review customer answers and follow up in the right conversation. The page shows the newest submissions first and includes only conversations you can view.

Before you start

Open Channels, choose the WhatsApp account, and select Flows. The form's Responses link is available for Published and Deprecated forms.

Who can do this: the workspace owner or members whose role includes viewing forms and conversations. Opening the account also requires viewing channel connections.

Steps

Open responses

Select Responses beside the form, or open the form and select Responses in its header. The page heading includes the form's name.

Review answers

Read Contact, Submitted at, Response status, and the answer columns. Use Open conversation to follow up. Select Load more responses when available to include more submissions.

Download the loaded rows

Select Export CSV (1). The download includes the rows currently loaded, with contact details, conversation links, submission times, response status, and answers.

The page loads up to 1,000 responses. Export CSV exports only those loaded rows, not every historical response. The file contains customer answers; share it only with people who should have access to them.

Good to know

  • No responses to show yet means no linked submissions are available from conversations you can view.
  • Could not read response means the submitted answer could not be read. Use Open conversation to inspect the message.
  • Older responses that are not linked to this form can still appear in their conversation. You can also review form responses in the conversation's information panel.
  • Export CSV is disabled until at least one row is loaded. If loading fails, select Retry.
