- Choose the correct approved template under Templates. Confirmation buttons must mean confirm, cancel, change time, in that order; refusal buttons must mean yes, no.
Why this happens
- Confirmation needs an approved UTILITY template with exactly three quick-reply buttons; refusal needs exactly two. Only text or no header is supported.
Before you retry
Resolve the issue first. Do not loop on this error. For an uncertain POST result, keep the original body and idempotency key; use a new key only for an intentional new operation.
