What to do now
- Check the endpoint schema. Use an E.164 recipient number with a leading + and an optional Idempotency-Key of at most 128 characters. For OTP, the code must contain 1-15 letters or digits.
Why this happens
- A body field, recipient number, UUID, query value, or Idempotency-Key header is invalid; unknown body keys are rejected.
Before you retry
Resolve the issue first. Do not loop on this error. For an uncertain POST result, keep the original body and idempotency key; use a new key only for an intentional new operation.
