What to do now

Reload the Flows list under Channels > WhatsApp account > Flows and open the form from there. If it is missing, create it again.

Why this happens

The flow does not exist on Meta anymore, or it belongs to a different WhatsApp Business Account.

Trying again without changes returns the same error. Complete the steps above first.
