What to do now
- Correct the highlighted field and save again. Use a PNG or JPEG under 5 MB for the picture.
Why this happens
- A field is empty, too long, or malformed, such as a PIN that is not 6 digits.
- A profile picture is not a JPEG or PNG, or is larger than 5 MB.
