Phone number synchronization limit reached
The phone number's synchronization limit was reached.
- Code
meta-2593107- Meta code
- 2593107
What to do now
- Review the number's import status in Channels. Ask your administrator or support about offboarding and onboarding again before restarting synchronization.
Why this happens
- Meta allows one contacts synchronization and one messaging history synchronization for an onboarded number.
Before you retry
Repeating the unchanged operation will not resolve this condition. Complete the steps above first. Resend in Inbox creates a new message; use it only when another send is appropriate.
